What it is:

The Member Activation Initiative (MAI) is now available across participating Sunfire enrollment platforms, including the Humana Enrollment Platform (HEP). MAI helps members activate benefits, connect to care sooner, and get more value from their Humana plan.

By completing eligible onboarding activities, agents can strengthen member engagement while earning additional compensation for qualifying MAI completions.

How to access MAI Training:

1\. Access Humana MarketPoint University (HMU) through Vantage.

2\. Locate the “Agent to Advocate: Member Activation (MAI) for Partner Field Agents” training banner on the HMU home page.  
The banner appears near the top of the page, below CERT/RECERT and D-SNP assignments.

 

3\. Click **Launch** to begin and complete the training.

 

 

4\. The **MAI Opportunity** field will be enabled the next business day

 

**What you need to do:**  
Complete the required MAI training in HMU and, once access is enabled, begin completing eligible MAI activities through participating Sunfire platforms, including HEP. Training completion is required before performing MAI activities.
