Medicare Advantage Commissions
The 2027 Medicare Advantage commissions are broken down state/region:
- For CT, PA and DC, initial Medicare Advantage commissions will increase from $781/member/year to $816/member/year, a 4.5% change YOY. Renewal commissions will increase from $391/member/year to $408/member/year, a 4.3% change YOY.
- For CA and NJ, 2027 initial Medicare Advantage commissions will increase from $864/member/year to $902/member/year, a 4.4% change YOY. 2027 renewal Medicare Advantage commissions will increase from $432/member/year to $451/member/year, a 4.4% change YOY.
- For Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, initial MA commissions will increase from $474/member/year to $495/member/year, a 4.4% change YOY. Renewal commissions increase from $237/member/year to $248/member/year, a 4.6% change YOY.
- In all other states, initial MA commissions will increase from $694/member/year to $725/member/year, a 4.5% change YOY. Renewal commissions will increase from $347/member/year to $363/member/year, a 4.6% change YOY.
Medicare Part D Commissions
2027 Part D commissions are:
- Initial commissions will increase from $114/member/year to $130/member/year, a 14% increase YOY.
- Renewal commissions will increase from $57/member/year to $65/member/year, a 14% increase YOY.
Referral Fees
For 2027, referral fees remain the same at $100 for MA plans and $25 for PDP plans.
